Assuming you have not yet lost your hair, if I were to tell you that the best way to prevent hair loss and bleaching is without medication and without chemicals, would you believe it?
My family has a background of bleaching hair at a young age, and when I was 30, I was already the whitest among my friend, and quite a few of my friends mocked me and called me “Grandpa” with a cruel wink… From a young age I also suffered from hair loss, but fortunately, I was able to preserve a significant part of it.
In 1993, when I was 32 while experiencing shocking enlightenment, I felt for a moment the feeling of being bald, and in fact, in a sense, it’s like being naked. I felt my hair fall out completely, and then, instinctively I placed my palm on the scalp to calm it down.
Within seconds I felt better, and I felt that the blood returned to flow and that the hair got stronger…
Since then, about thirty years have passed in which I treat myself with healing, during which I have added white hair, but in a much smaller amount than it would have been if I had not treated myself, and the process of hair loss has also slowed down significantly. Ironically, all my friends who mocked me thirty years ago are today much whiter than I am…
Now, you are interested in understanding the baldness and bleaching of the hair in order to prevent them as possible, I will explain things to you from my point of view as someone who made it.
The human brain, which has evolved over millions of years, continues to evolve rapidly over the generations, with basic functions such as respiration, internal organ control, blood flow, metabolism, reflexes, and many other basic factors, controlled by the brainstem.
In the reality we live in, which is changing by the day, the brain continues to develop rapidly, and our contemporary emotions and memories create new layers of nerve cells and blood vessels in the cerebral cortex, so some of the nerve cells used for thinking and sensations are placed on the outer layers of the brain, which are on or near the scalp.
Throughout our lives, we go through challenges and suffer from a wide range of feelings such as humiliation, insult, anger, jealousy, disappointment, failure, hatred, shame, anxiety, guilt, remorse, and many other feelings that we define as negative. These sensations cause the blood vessels in the scalp to constrict, and the more powerful they are (or the more meaning we give them), they cause more blood vessels in the scalp to constrict, and with it, decrease the blood supply to the hair follicles.
In some cases – depending on genetics attributes, it causes hair loss, while in other cases, the weakening of blood circulation causes substances such as pigments, hormones, and other proteins not to reach the scalp – or reach a significantly low level, resulting in hair losing color and hair becoming bleached.
The feeling of vasoconstriction in the scalp is expressed in the tingling or itch that we feel in the scalp, after which we are left with less hair. If you can put your palm on the scalp every time this feeling starts, you will have better chances to maintain the hair, its color, and its density.
These days, with the constant rise in competition and the cost of living, the achievement required of us to live a decent life is rising daily. As the level of stress increases, it leaves a mark that is reflected in the fact that younger people lose hair – and at a younger age, and baldness becomes an epidemic.
The natural and simple way to try to avoid this problem is to place your palm on your scalp several times a day – especially when you are feeling emotionally distressed.
The most important step to do this is at night – before bed.
This is because at night we stop the daily race and think about what we went through during the day and what awaits us next, which is a critical stage in hair loss.
Unpleasant experiences you had during the day float and rise before you fall to sleep when you think about what has been done to you or what you did to others, and these thoughts may cause you to get up in the morning with a bed full of hair, and with the same number of hairs less in your head.
To prevent this, try to fall asleep with your hand on your head. If you manage to get used to it, you will slow down the rate of hair loss and bleaching significantly.
Unfortunately, from my personal experience, this method will not grow hair instead of the hair that has been lost, but maybe it will work for you, and if you have something to keep, you should start trying today, when there is still something to…
If it doesn’t work for you, perhaps a healer’s care would do better.
I estimate that treatment in a week or even two weeks, can prevent hair loss, but since it is individual, you can experiment and check the condition.
It should be understood that hair is a protective organ in the body, and beyond its aesthetic significance and importance to self-image and self-confidence, it has the most important role in maintaining our health, since it protects the delicate skin of the scalp from the sun’s rays and protects the brain from the cold.
